In 2018, Deere & Company (“Deere”) filed separate complaints in the U.S. District Court of Delaware against us and Precision Planting alleging that certain products of those entities infringed certain patents of Deere. Losses on sales of receivables, primarily related to our accounts receivable sales agreements with our finance joint ventures in North America, Europe and Brazil, were approximately $71.1 million and $24.5 million in 2022 and 2021, respectively.
