Commercial PS revenue decreased 16.6% primarily driven by a decline in units of 14.1% due to demand softness and a decrease of 7.1% in ASPs, partially offset by an increase in hybrid systems revenue driven by the Poly acquisition. Short-term debt increased by $12 million and long-term debt decreased by $1.5 billion for fiscal year 2023 as compared to prior-year period. The net decrease in debt was primarily due to repurchase and settlement of $1.15 billion in aggregate principal payment of various Global Notes and repurchase of $0.5 billion of the March 2029 notes related to the Poly acquisition.
