The concept of Janus R3 is to remodel self-storage facilities including storage unit doors, hallways, ceilings, offices, optimizing unit mix, utilizing vacant land for movable storage units (JBI MASS relocatable storage units), and adding a more robust security solutions to enable customers to (1) charge higher rental rates and (2) compete with modern self-storage facilities and large operators.
