Business History and Organization VSE Corporation, through its subsidiaries (collectively, "VSE," the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), is a leading provider of aftermarket distribution and maintenance, repair and overhaul ("MRO") services for air and land transportation assets for commercial and government markets. Fleet Segment Our Fleet segment continues to see growth in revenue from commercial fleet customers and e-commerce fulfillment, as the segment moves towards revenue diversification. Fleet is executing its revenue diversification strategy by continuing to scale our Olive Branch, MS, e-commerce fulfillment distribution facility, acquiring new customers, and expanding product options for our commercial business.
