UMH Properties, Inc. is a public equity real estate investment trust (REIT) that owns and operates a portfolio of 135 manufactured home communities with approximately 25,700 developed homesites. These communities are located in 12 states: New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Indiana, Michigan, Maryland, Alabama, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida.
